WHAT WE CAN DO FOR YOU
Chronic Rehabilitation
Long-term, exercise-based care for conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, arthritis, and respiratory disorders. We build safe, progressive programs to improve daily function, reduce flare-ups, and slow decline, while teaching self-management strategies that fit your lifestyle. The goal is independence: more energy, better mobility, fewer complications, and confidence to keep moving.
Orthopaedic Rehabilitation
Targeted rehab after musculoskeletal injuries or surgery involving bones, joints, ligaments, tendons, or muscles. We focus on pain reduction, mobility, and strength, using graded loading, movement retraining, and return-to-activity planning. Expect a clear roadmap back to work, sport, and everyday life—with strategies to prevent re-injury.
Cardiac Rehabilitation
A structured, supervised exercise program for people recovering from heart events or living with heart disease. We help you rebuild cardiovascular fitness safely, manage risk factors, and regain confidence for daily activities. Programs include progressive exercise, education, and monitoring, and we coordinate with your cardiology team when appropriate.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Individualised programs for stroke, spinal cord injuries, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and traumatic brain injuries. We target balance, coordination, gait, and functional independence, using task-specific training and repetition to support neuroplasticity. Caregiver guidance and clear home routines help you keep improving between sessions.
Sports Conditioning
Performance training designed to build strength, speed, endurance, agility, and resilience—while reducing injury risk. We assess your movement, tailor programming to your sport and season, and use periodised progressions so you peak when it matters. Ideal for developing athletes through to weekend warriors returning to competition.
Weight Loss Management
Sustainable, health-first weight management through personalised exercise plans matched to your body, goals, and schedule. We focus on habits that last—improving metabolic health, building lean muscle, and boosting daily energy—so results are safe, steady, and maintainable. We can also collaborate with your doctor or dietitian where helpful.
Wellness Assessments
Convenient Discovery Vitality Health Checks and Fitness tests plus practical coaching on exercise and lifestyle. Establish your baseline, set realistic goals, and track progress with easy-to-understand feedback. Earn Vitality points as a bonus while you build healthier routines.
AQUA AEROBICS
Low-impact, water-based exercise sessions performed in a heated pool to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and mobility. Aqua aerobics provides an effective full-body workout while minimizing joint stress, making it ideal for rehabilitation, weight management, and general fitness. The natural resistance of water increases calorie expenditure while supporting safe movement for all fitness levels. Sessions are fully supervised and suitable for a wide age range, from children to older adults.
GENERAL GYM
A fully equipped training environment designed to support strength, conditioning, and long-term physical health. Our rehabilitation gym provides access to a wide range of equipment suitable for general fitness, injury prevention, and performance improvement. Members train with confidence under the professional oversight of a qualified Biokineticist, ensuring safe technique, appropriate progression, and goal-driven programming tailored to individual needs.
RED & NARROW LIGHT THERAPY
Advanced light therapy designed to support recovery, healing, and overall wellness. Red and narrow light wavelengths help promote tissue repair, wound healing, and inflammation reduction, while also assisting with pain relief and skin rejuvenation. This therapy may support hair growth, improve skin tone, reduce the appearance of scars and psoriasis lesions, and assist with neuropathic pain management. Narrow light therapy can also stimulate fat cells to enhance metabolic activity, making it a valuable complement to weight-management and rehabilitation programs.
